1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Supastack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supastack is a commerce platform that provides tools for building online stores within visual builder ecosystems including Webflow, Framer, and WebStudio. The Service includes the admin dashboard, storefront SDK, APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Sell prohibited items through your Supastack-powered store

5. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Supastack. You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supastack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the admin dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
